This was new home built on the northwest corner of 7th & Webster in northeast Portland. The home is 1993 square feet and has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms.  It has a "tuck under" garage, a large outdoor room on the front porch and many classic details. It also includes several high performance features such as a designed mechanical system with the ducts inside of the thermal boundary, it is zoned with manual dampers and has a high efficiency furnace.  The volume was also kept modest, which is less air to heat.  This home is a unique combination of old, classic style meets new technology and building practices in an urban setting.
