This design, originally conceived by Bonn designs, was retooled from its previous draft into a home that is strong in balance, highly functional within a  classic form and timeless details.  The house has recycled hardwood floors from a school gymnasium, roof tiles made of recycled concrete and large soaring volumes.  The first and second floor ceilings are actually 10 feet high, although you would not expect it from the outside.
