This new home was a fantastic opportunity.  The Owner wanted a contemporary home that would maximize the use of this small urban lot.  The zoning allowed for a tall structure, so we decided that a large rooftop deck adjacent to a 4th floor recreation room would dramatically increase the livability of this home.  In addition, we incorporated a comfortably sized  adu, which could be used for guests, air bnb or as a rental to supplement income.  The home turned out amazing with well composed details, materials, colors and excellent craftsmanship.  We are enjoying the opportunity to design contemporary homes and have several on the schedule.
