The Morgan residence was inspired by a historic home in the Irvington neighborhood.  This home has a number of details that add to its charm and drama, such as the "eyebrow" roof on the gable end sides with repeating dentils and the 20 foot wide front porch gable and custom cut rafter tails.  This home is Earth Advantage Certified.
